Street 57, between 8 and 10, the Old town. San Francisco de Campeche
Cultural Center House no. 6 is a reconstruction of a typical house of the upper classes of Campeche in the 17th to 19th centuries.
The house is on one level, it consists of a door framed by stone jambs and lintels, crowned by an undulating pediment moulding, crowned by a cross.
On the facade you can see its four windows with eves, sills and huge wrought iron gates, elements characteristic of local 18th century architecture.
It currently houses a library, cafeteria, souvenir shop and tourist information booth.
On Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays at 21:30 you can enjoy the contact theater "Vivo recuerdo". Tickets cost $100 pesos.
