In harmony with the surroundings, the buildings’ architecture was designed in the shape of a nautilus seashell, with a dual orientation depending on their location, facing the beach and calm ocean to enjoy a sunset, or overlooking the mangroves, jungle or the golf course.
For the convenience of guests, all buildings have direct access to the beach and all the apartments will feature a terrace with a jacuzzi.
Golf Apartments (Golden Bear Residences)
Recognized with the distinctive “Golde Bear Residences”, the residential units near the golf course will be aligned along the golf course roads, bordering and protecting exuberant native vegetation. The design of the buildings was planned in 3 and 4 different height modules; in both cases one module is separated of the rest to minimize the volumetric impact of these buildings with the surroundings.
